Vijay Singh US Open Odds 2012
Three time Major winner Vijay Singh is one of those golfers that must be respected when it comes to Majors golf. Although he is not in the best of form in 2011 he is still one of those brilliant golfers who can turn it on when he and the opposition least expect it. He has three Majors to his name but has never won the US Open, he will be going all out to recapture his best form at the Congressional Country Club this season and add the US Open to his impressive CV.
He has yet to win the US Open, his best finish being 3rd in 1999. However, he has amazingly not missed the cut at this tournament since his debut in 1993, which is well worth noting by punters. His best days are clearly behind him but he may well be capable of one last big week in his career.
Form
Singh started the 2011 season well by making five out of his first five cuts. He has been in contention for both the Waste Management Phoenix Open and the Northern Trust Open at Riviera Country Club but fell short in both tournaments. He could not take his goof form into the Masters where he failed to make the cut.
